Canadian Debut

Royalmount Flagship, Montreal

Canadian Debut:
Royalmount Flagship, Montreal. This project introduced the first-ever Parfums Christian Dior (PCD) boutique to Montreal’s premier luxury destination, Royalmount. As the regional debut for the brand’s next-generation retail look, the build required rolling out a brand-new layout and complex, high-end material specifications for the first time in the Canadian market.

Project Goals
Concept Launch: Successfully debut and pilot PCD’s new design aesthetic in Montreal to maximize brand visibility and drive retail growth.

Environmental Compliance: Build a low-emission retail space that meets the strict environmental and resource-conservation mandates of our LVMH LIFE 360 guidelines.

Staff & Client Wellness: Ensure exceptional indoor air quality and workspace safety while maintaining an uncompromising, ultra-luxury customer experience.

Project Role:
Project & Construction Lead: I directed all phases of the project lifecycle to ensure a successful, on-budget, and on-time handover. My responsibilities included:

  • Consultant & Trade Management: Led coordination between the Architect of Record (AOR), structural engineers, and luxury lighting designers to transform the global concept into a highly technical, constructible set of drawings.
  • Sustainable Sourcing: Partnered with procurement and vendors to vet and source low-emission interior elements and circular economy materials, minimizing the store’s built-in carbon footprint.
  • MEP & Systems Oversight: Managed mechanical, electrical, and millwork contractors to implement smart energy tracking, waste reduction protocols, and high-efficiency HVAC systems.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Served as the central day-to-day bridge between global PCD internal teams, local trade contractors, and mall management to seamlessly deliver the interior scope.
